I can’t count how many times I cried in this movie. It made me have empathy about what happened back in the day. It was like I could feel what was happening in the movie. Their feelings. The acting was tremendously good and had so many amazing meaningful quotes. Remember hearing about how the Ku Klux Klan burned down black people neighborhoods and home. Or just plained killed them. I was disgusted and felt angry towards them but it never made me want to cry. This movie showed me the fear they had and how they would literally run and hide in their homes as soon as something occured.

Police men weren’t even on their side. Living a world of fear and being hated so much because of the color of your skin.

I could say more. So much more but that would be a lot of typing. But. I’m lazy and there’s a pizza calling me.

Since everyone is making new year resolutions (which i doubt anyone will keep, but have nothing better to do other than to make the list cos we’re #foreveralone, i have decided to do one up too!!)

so here are my new year resolutions:)

1. STOP COMPARING MYSELF WITH PRETTIER, SMARTER, RICHER AND MORE POPULAR PEOPLE. God made me special and im gonna enjoy every single moment of my life w/o having to give two shit bout what others think of me or how much luckier other people are. You too, if anyone is actually reading this at all, are special:)

2. SURVIVE 21 DEC 2012. Seriously, Im just gna sit through that day w an obese packet of maltesers and ride through thE day like a boss. Afterwhich, i will post “I AM LEGEND” on my tumblr.

3. GET INTO AN OVERSEAS UNI. Sncerely hope this will come through!!! i knw it wont be better there but after the tumultous A LEVELS that i went through, i swear i will not subject myself to the torture of having to stick to such a rigid education system that we have.

4. I HAVE ONLY ONE LIFE AND IM GNA LIVE IT UP!!! im 19 this year!! 1 more year before i leave my tweens and approach young adulthood. up till this point, i realised that i have not done anything that i can look back to be proud of, so im gna start living by my motto to live up to every single day of my life. 

THATS ALL BITCHES, SURVIVE THIS YEAR LIKE A BOSS. SIT TIGHT, AND FIGHT WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT!!! (i was tryna be cool with the last line, act impressed people.)
